The Webb Spartans (Knoxville, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Sevier County Smoky Bears (Sevierville, TN), 68-34 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boyd-Buchanan for a non-league test on Saturday, November 22. Webb will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 82-74 non-league loss to Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (Chattanooga, TN). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-2.
The Smoky Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Brooks (Killen, AL). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Brooks bounced Red Bay (Red Bay, AL), 65-52, in a non-league test.
