Illinois High School Basketball - Argo triumphant over Bremen

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) and the host Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL), witnessed Argo's basketball squad rout Bremen by a count of 57-8.

With the victory, Argo advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Argonauts travel to Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, November 21. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 1-0. Chicago Christian won 43-14 in their recent non-league battle against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)

The Braves now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herscher for a non-league battle on Monday, November 24. Bremen will battle a Tigers team coming off a 44-22 non-league loss to Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
