The Akins Eagles basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Lehman Lobos to 21 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Creek for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Akins will meet a Eagles team coming off a 53-52 non-league win over Austin (Austin, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
The Lobos (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Del Valle (Del Valle, TX). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Del Valle triumphed over Georgetown (Georgetown, TX), 70-65, in a non-league contest.
