The Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX) basketball knocked off the host Ozona Lions (Ozona, TX), 39-29 in Monday's non-league test.
The Buffaloes (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Midessa (Odessa, TX). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Midessa notched a victory over Holy Cross (Midland, TX), 56-33, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Harper for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6.
