The Jonesboro Eagles (Jonesboro, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Evant Elks (Evant, TX), 58-25 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Meridian, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Meridian was trounced by Priddy (Priddy, TX), 34-31, in a non-league test.
The Elks now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Moody for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 29.
