The River Pilots (Hannibal, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Shenandoah Zeps (Sarahsville, OH), 65-28 in Monday's league test.
The Pilots (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH). The Seminoles go into the Pioneer Valley test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Monroe Central walloped Bridgeport (Bridgeport, OH), 66-7, in a league test.
The Zeps now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Federal Hocking for a non-league test on Monday, November 28. Shenandoah will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 64-20 non-league win over Miller (Corning, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 3-0.
