South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Huntingdon Mustangs (Huntingdon, TN), 83-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, South Gibson upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Westview Chargers (Martin, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 25. Huntingdon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 50-47 non-league loss to Jackson Christian (Jackson, TN).
