The McComb Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Jim Hill Tigers to 53 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. McComb will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-36 non-league loss to Crystal Springs (Crystal Springs, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Warren Central was outscored by Edwards (Ruleville, MS), 51-43, in a non-league contest.
