North Carolina High School Basketball - Southwest Onslow overwhelms Dixon

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) and the host Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC), saw Southwest Onslow's basketball squad wallop Dixon by a tally of 55-22.

With the victory, Southwest Onslow improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Swansboro lost 52-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Laney (Wilmington, NC)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Dixon will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 54-20 non-league win over Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC).
