The Sardis Lions basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Hayden Wildcats to 18 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hokes Bluff for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Sardis will battle a Eagles team coming off a 60-34 non-league loss to Danville (Danville, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Corner (Warrior, AL). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
