With the victory, Hobgood Charter upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lawrence Academy won 51-5 in their recent non-league bout against Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech (Elizabeth City, NC)

Next up, the Griffins play the Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 27. Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Dolphins come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 67-5 non-league loss to East Carteret (Beaufort, NC).
