North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA), 56-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Fayette Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The host Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA) to play the Eagles in a Upper Iowa bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Clayton-Ridge lost 35-30 in their recent league bout against South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Postville Pirates (Postville, IA) in a Upper Iowa bout, on Tuesday, November 28. West Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Pirates come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 80-30 non-league loss to Oelwein (Oelwein, IA).
