Mississippi High School Basketball - Rosa Fort knocks off Hillcrest

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Rosa Fort Lions basketball team scored a good 84-69 win over the Hillcrest Vikings.

The Lions (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Panola (Sardis, MS). The Cougars come into the 3A Region 2 contest with a 4-4 record.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Briarcrest Christian Saints (Eads, TN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 22. Hillcrest will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Saints come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 86-37 non-league win over Oakhaven (Memphis, TN).
