The Concord Pirates basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Calico Rock Pirates to 38 in the Pirates league triumph on Thursday.

The Pirates now have a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Newport for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Concord will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 53-26 non-league loss to Wynne (Wynne, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Calico Rock falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lead Hill (Lead Hill, AR) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 3. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Lead Hill lost 72-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley Springs (Valley Springs, AR)
