The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) and the host Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), observed Burns's basketball team overwhelm Chase by a score of 69-24.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the East Henderson Eagles (East Flat Rock, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Chase will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
