North Carolina High School Basketball - Smoky Mountain routs Andrews

November 21, 2025: Andrews, NC 28901

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Smoky Mountain Mustangs basketball squad scored a decisive 67-41 victory over the Andrews Wildcats.

With the victory, Smoky Mountain advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Madison (Marshall, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 25. The Patriots go into the contest with a record of 1-3. Madison lost 86-69 in their recent non-league contest against Enka (Enka, NC)

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 25. Andrews will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 62-19 non-league win over Macon Early College (Franklin, NC).
