Borden County Coyotes (Gail, TX) backers were thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX), 60-57 in a non-league game.

The Coyotes now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sterling City for a non-league game on Monday, November 24. Borden County will confront a Eagles team coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.

The Buffaloes (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Buena Vista (Imperial, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Buena Vista got by Trinity (Midland, TX), 63-26, in a non-league outing.
