The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) and the host High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), observed Southwest Guilford's basketball team overcome High Point Central by a margin of 68-58.

The Cowboys (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record.

The Bison now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to High Point Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, November 29. High Point Central will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 61-55 non-league win over New Garden Friends (Greensboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
