Alabama High School Basketball - Tharptown holds off Shoals Christian

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Tharptown Wildcats basketball team scored a close 51-44 triumph over the Shoals Christian Flame.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record.
In their next game, the Flame confront the Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL) in a 1A Area 15 outing, on Saturday, November 22. Shoals Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Cougars enter the outing with a 2-1 record after their 62-41 non-league win over Vina (Vina, AL).
