Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Discovery Charter School Trailblazers (Bahama, NC) and the host River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC), witnessed Discovery Charter School's basketball squad rout River Mill by a count of 50-21.
With the victory, Discovery Charter School advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Trailblazers host Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to meet the Griffins in a battle on Thursday, December 11. The Griffins enter the battle with a record of 1-4.
The Jaguars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Eno River Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, November 24. River Mill will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 48-29 non-league win over Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-0.
