Valley City Hi-Liners (Valley City, ND) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Prairie Royals (Minot, ND), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Hi-Liners (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg (Mayville, ND). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 19-5 record. In their last challenge, Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg beat Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Royals meet the Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 22. South Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Squirrels come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Trinity (Dickinson, ND).
