The Headland Rams basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Ashford Yellowjackets to 46 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dale County for a non-league contest on Monday, November 28. Headland will battle a Warriors team coming off a 51-39 non-league loss to Ariton (Ariton, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
The Yellowjackets (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Daleville (Daleville, AL). The Warhawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Daleville was routed by Dale County (Midland City, AL), 67-49, in a non-league contest.
