The Granite Bay Grizzlies basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Woodcreek Timberwolves to 51 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Granite Bay will battle a Rams team coming off a 56-45 non-league loss to Franklin (Elk Grove, CA). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
The Timberwolves (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Lincoln edged Union Mine (El Dorado, CA), 80-30, in a non-league contest.
