North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC), 60-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Duplin upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rebels host Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC) to play the Devil Pups in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Devil Pups go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Trojans play the Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Jones will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 58-17 non-league win over Union (Rose Hill, NC).
