In Wednesday's non-league outing, the East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA) basketball squad edged the host South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA), by a margin of 49-42.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Buccaneers go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, West Jefferson was tipped by Newman (New Orleans, LA), 44-16, in a non-league outing.
