Texas High School Basketball - Nocona nips Saint Jo

November 22, 2024: Nocona, TX 76255

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Nocona Indians basketball team scored a close 55-48 triumph over the Saint Jo Panthers.

The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Howe (Howe, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Howe was tipped by Callisburg (Gainesville, TX), 66-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Petrolia Pirates (Petrolia, TX) in a non-league contest, on Monday, November 25. Saint Jo will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 65-26 non-league loss to Holliday (Holliday, TX).
