Hurricane Redskins (Hurricane, WV) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV), 14-13 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Hurricane advances its record to 8-3 on the season.

The Patriots now own a 7-4 record.
