The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles (Strawberry, AR) and the host Armorel Tigers (Armorel, AR), observed Hillcrest's basketball team overcome Armorel by a margin of 43-24.

The Screamin Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hoxie (Hoxie, AR). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Hoxie dropped by Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR), 60-24, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Maynard Tigers (Maynard, AR) in a 1A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, December 6. Armorel will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 66-34 league win over Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR).
