Georgia High School Basketball - Jefferson County can't hold off Hancock Central

The Hancock Central Bulldogs nipped the host Jefferson County Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 36-31 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, November 23. Hancock Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The War Eagles come into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 47-45 non-league win over Morgan County (Madison, GA).

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 26. Jefferson County will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 38-33 non-league loss to Harlem (Harlem, GA).
