North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Halifax holds off Nash Central

The Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Nash Central Bulldogs to 56 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northampton County for a game on Tuesday, December 3.
With the loss, Nash Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Beddingfield (Wilson, NC) to confront the Bruins in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 4. The Bruins go into the game with a record of 1-0.
