With the victory, South Stokes advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Sauras host McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to meet the Phoenix in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 26. The Phoenix enter the match with a record of 2-0. McMichael won 42-39 in their recent non-league match against North Stokes (Danbury, NC)

The Golden Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alleghany for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3.
