The Rockford Christian Royal Lions basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Oregon Hawks to 24 in the Royal Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Royal Lions now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Dixon for a non-league outing on Saturday, November 22. Rockford Christian will clash with a Dukes & Duchesses squad coming off a 46-26 non-league win over St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses record now stands at 2-0.
The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mendota (Mendota, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Mendota was overwhelmed by Stark County (Toulon, IL), 44-22, in a non-league outing.
