In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish ice hockey team scored a tight 1-0 win over the Roosevelt Bears.
The Fighting Irish (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Sailors enter the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Mona Shores held off Brighton (Rochester, NY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
Next up, the Bears encounter the St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league test, on Monday, November 28. Roosevelt will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Gladiators enter the test with a 0-1 record after their 4-2 league loss to Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI).
