Georgia High School Basketball - Bryan County overwhelms South Effingham

November 23, 2024: Guyton, GA 31312

The Bryan County Redskins basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host South Effingham Mustangs to 52 in the Redskins non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Redskins now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to McIntosh County Academy for a A D2 Region 3 game on Tuesday, December 3.

With the loss, South Effingham falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Johnson (Savannah, GA) to confront the Atomsmashers in a non-league game on Monday, November 25. The Atomsmashers go into the game with a record of 0-1. Johnson lost 79-69 in their recent non-league game against Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA)
