North Carolina High School Basketball - Forsyth Country Day bested by Covenant Day

The Forsyth Country Day Furies basketball squad (Lewisville, NC), lost 62-47 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC)

With the victory, Covenant Day advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 30. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 0-2.

The Furies now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne Country Day for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 27. Forsyth Country Day will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 71-54 non-league loss to Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 4-2.
