The Nevada Blue Jays (Rosston, AR) basketball toppled the host Lafayette County Cougars (Stamps, AR), 58-47 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Blue Jays now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Vilonia for a non-league bout on Monday, November 25. Nevada will play a Eagles team coming off a 51-38 non-league win over Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Lafayette County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Spring Hill (Hope, AR) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 26. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Spring Hill won 69-41 in their recent non-league bout against Gurdon (Gurdon, AR)
