Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL), 44-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Prairie Ridge upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Huntley (Huntley, IL) to play the Red Raiders in a Fox Valley bout on Wednesday, December 1. The Red Raiders come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Huntley won 59-43 in their recent non-league bout against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL)
With the defeat, Woodstock North moves to 0-1 on the year. The Thunder host Antioch (Antioch, IL) to face the Sequoits in a non-league game on Monday, November 29. The Sequoits enter the game with a record of 0-1. Antioch lost 50-34 in their recent non-league game against Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL)
