The Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Dongola Demons to 54 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rangers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Egyptian for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 25. Joppa-Maple Grove will meet a Pharaohs team coming off a 68-41 league loss to Century (Ullin, IL). The Pharaohs record now stands at 1-3.

The Demons (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Carrier Mills-Stonefort (Carrier Mills, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Carrier Mills-Stonefort was defeated by Meridian (Mounds, IL), 76-49, in a non-league contest.
