In Friday's non-league outing, the Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ), by a margin of 92-38.

The Tigers (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ). The Pioneers go into the non-league outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Pinnacle smashed Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ), 59-31, in a non-league outing.
