Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Burbank Titans (Sacramento, CA), 54-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Monterey Trail upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Chavez (Stockton, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 25. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Chavez won 54-49 in their recent non-league bout against Grant (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Titans play the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 24. Burbank will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
