The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ) and the host Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ), observed Show Low's basketball team knock off Walden Grove by a score of 55-47.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Sunnyside knocked off Sabino (Tucson, AZ), 66-18, in a non-league battle.
The Red Wolves now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poston Butte for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 2. Walden Grove will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 63-23 non-league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Broncos record now stands at 0-1.
