Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Milledgeville Missiles (Milledgeville, IL), 51-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Morrison upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 26. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Newman Central Catholic won 69-44 in their recent non-league bout against Harvard (Harvard, IL)

Next up, the Missiles play the Durand Bulldogs (Durand, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 28. Milledgeville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 48-40 non-league win over Amboy (Amboy, IL).
