The Shepard Astros basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Southland College Prep to 35 in the Astros non-league victory on Friday.

The Astros now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College Prep of America for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1.

The (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL). The Fightin' Irish go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Bishop McNamara overwhelmed Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL), 71-33, in a non-league bout.
