The Springfield Southeast Spartans (Springfield, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL), 48-44 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Rochester (Rochester, IL). The Rockets go into the Central State Eight test with a 1-0 record.
