With the win, Mickey Leland College Preparatory Academy for Young Men upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Knights host Scarborough (Houston, TX) to play the Spartans in a 4A Region III District 21 bout on Monday, November 27. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Scarborough won 51-48 in their recent non-league bout against Houston Math Science & Tech (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Marlins play the Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Madison will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 83-61 non-league loss to Westbury (Houston, TX).
