In Saturday's non-league match, the host Tri-Valley Vikings basketball team scored a tight 41-34 triumph over the St. Thomas More Sabers.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) in a Heart of Illinois match, on Tuesday, November 28. Tri-Valley will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Minutemen enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 54-47 non-league win over Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL).

With the defeat, St. Thomas More moves to 3-1 on the year. The Sabers travel to Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL) to meet the Fightin' Irish in a non-league match on Friday, December 1. The Fightin' Irish enter the match with a record of 1-0.
