Mountain View Mountain Lions (Tucson, AZ) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ), 42-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mountain View advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Mountain Lions host Cienega (Vail, AZ) to face the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 1-2. Cienega lost 61-22 in their recent non-league match against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ)
The Bulldogs now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunnyside for a non-league match on Monday, November 25. Queen Creek will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 72-15 non-league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.
