North Carolina High School Basketball - Millbrook thwarts Cardinal Gibbons

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) and the host Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC), observed Millbrook's basketball team knock off Cardinal Gibbons by a score of 61-44.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Garner (Garner, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Garner prevailed over Orange (Hillsborough, NC), 69-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Crusaders encounter the Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Cardinal Gibbons will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Ravens come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 73-20 non-league win over Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).
