Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Elkins thwarts Katy

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX) and the host Katy Tigers (Katy, TX), observed Fort Bend Elkins's basketball team knock off Katy by a score of 52-40.

The Knights (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Manvel (Manvel, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league battle with a 1-6 record.

The Tigers now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cypress Ranch for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 2. Katy will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 75-57 non-league win over Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial (Corpus Christi, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-4.
