North Carolina High School Basketball - Jack Britt triumphant over Union Pines

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) and the host Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), observed Jack Britt's basketball team overwhelm Union Pines by a score of 72-48.

The Buccaneers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears enter the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Gray's Creek was crushed by South View (Hope Mills, NC), 57-48, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fayetteville Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 29. Union Pines will battle a Warriors team coming off a 98-95 league loss to Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-4.
